PERMA - the programme is centred in this area of positive psychology, supporting wellbeing across five essential areas of life:

Rather than focusing on one area (ie diet or exercise) we work across these five areas, building balance in your life that will sustain new habits and a positive mindset

Week One - Goal.

What do you want to change or create? Defining SMART goals and translating into micro-goals. Exploring PERMA.

Week Two - Reality.

Exploring current habits and routines. Looking at limiting beliefs and emotional drivers. Developing self-awareness and positive inner dialogue.

Weeks Three & Four - Options

Discussing the options for your goals. Looking at the motivations behind them. Explore benefits and drawbacks, resources and energy cycles. Developing micro-habits. Set deadlines.

Week Five - Way Forward

We look at habit building and setting priorities. Planning for relapse and for obstacles. Developing positive mindset. Celebrating your achievements. Creating balance using the PERMA model

Week Six - Additional Help

Here we will summarise your progress and discuss any areas that need further eploration. We will also take a look at Time Management and how to ensure you put aside the time needed for your own wellbeing
