My Midlife Reset Sessions are one-off structured coaching sessions, designed to help you:
Want to work on one specific wellbeing theme
Understand the psychological barriers
Take meaningful steps forward
Draw up an action plan to tackle the specific challenge
These sessions are ideal if you:

Feel stuck, flat or disconnected from yourself
Are curious about my approach but not yet ready to commit to a full programme
Want insight, not just advice
These sessions are grounded in positive psychology and tailored to the unique challenges of midlife.

You will receive an email detailing the choice of themes and dates available for your 90 minute session. You will choose the area you want to work on and the session time that suits you.
