What This 8-Week Course Will Do for You
As a Time Management Coach, my goal is to help you step back, breathe, and look at the bigger picture of your life. Over 8 weeks, you'll define what truly matters to you — your values, your goals, and your priorities. You’ll gain clarity on what you want from life and what’s getting in the way.
Together, we’ll identify the actions you need to take — and when to take them — so you can move forward with purpose. You’ll develop strategies to overcome the obstacles holding you back, and by the end of the course, you’ll walk away with a personalized, practical action plan for each of your key priorities.
This is about doing life intentionally — not reactively.

Yes, there are endless books, podcasts, and tools out there on time management — but reading about change isn’t the same as creating it.
My 8 week course will help you time block your calendar so you get done all the non-negotiable jobs and the remainder of your time is spent on working towards the goals that matter to you most. Spending time doing the things that have the most impact and purpose.
Working with a coach helps you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be — faster, more effectively, and with a clear plan. You’ll use proven tools, build simple systems, and develop sustainable habits to finally create the calm, focused, purpose-driven life you’ve been craving. Coaching is a collaborative partnership where you are the expert on your life and the coach is the expert on the coaching process.
What working with a coach will do is allow you to get from where you are now to where you want to be more effectively and more quickly than if you did it alone. It is a goal-focused, action plan approach. It involves tools. It involves systems. It involves developing new habits that help simplify your life.
When working with me you can expect to experience a supportive, friendly and calm space where you can slow down, reflect and think clearly. There is no judgement in coaching, just partnership.

I created The Priority Shift, my 8-week coaching course, to offer a fresh, holistic approach to Time Management. This isn’t just about managing your calendar or getting through your tasks, although we will be working on these, it is about your whole life - your work, your well-being, your finances, your family, your home. Whatever are the most important areas of life for you. Decide your priorities and it will be much clearer where you want to spend your time.

I bring together practical tools and insights. With a degree in psychology, formal training as a coach (I trained with The Coaching Academy) and a specialised focus in Time Management, I have spent years studying what helps people truly thrive.
I am fascinated by what separates people who stay stuck from those who move forward. What habits do they build into their routines? What mindset do they adopt? How do they stay resilient, focused and confident, even under pressure? My coaching is built around helping you to build great habits and time management skills that enable you to move forward towards your own goals.

First things first, you will have a free consultation to determine your needs and what I can offer you. This will be around 20 minutes.

After your free consultation, you can sign up with me for your 8 week course. This is one session per week, face-to-face via Zoom or Meets, and each session is 50-60 minutes.
I aim to be transparent about my charges. The course costs £400 and is paid upfront.
Alternatively, you can book a one-off session with me of 2 hours, if you have a specific project, issue or goal you want to discuss. You will come out of the session with a plan of action. This is £180.
Alternatively, I run one-to-one sessions throughout the year on certain themes/topics. These include Procrastination, Limiting Self-Beliefs, Managing Interruptions, Time Blocking and Goal Setting. If you sign up to my newsletter you will be notified as these come up so you can book ahead and secure a place.

In The Priority Shift we start off looking at the areas of your life and which are working for you and which are not. You then decide which four areas you want to focus on. In the next session we will do some work on time blocking. And then we will work on each of the four areas that are your priority, coming out of each session with a goal and an action plan for each. We also look at obstacles and what to do about them.
