Welcome to Timely Coaching
Ever drifting through life feeling lost? Ever rushing through the days without direction, feeling tired and frustrated by the end of the day, having still got a big to-do list to get through? If you want to feel more in control, more fulfilled and find your direction, then you have come to the right place. I am Jacqui, a personal Time Management and Mindset Coach. My goal is to help busy people transform their relationship with time, and develop a set of skills that enables them to gain clarity and focus on what truly matters to them. We never have enough time to do everything. We will always be under time pressure. But developing a set of consistent, sustainable habits and strategies, you can plan, prioritise and take action, creating a more balanced life - a life that will feel more productive, more purposeful and fulfilling.
I created the Life Reboot program after qualifying as a business coach and becoming deeply interested in time management. I also developed an interest in growth mindset and the role consistency plays in long-term change. I had a second qualification; a degree in psychology, and the knowledge and skills I had from my degree studies began to overlap with coaching.
Sadly, I lost my husband in 2018. That experience completely changed everything. It made me appreciate what I had, and more importantly, what I didn’t want to waste; the years I have left. I wanted to wake up each day with energy, intention and enthusiasm. I became acutely aware of how quickly time passes, and how precious it truly is. I have sought ways to make the most of my years and to help others do the same. And coaching time management has given me the opportunity to help you develop practical strategies to live a full and productive life, where you are focused and driven by what matters most to you.
Welcome to the Life Reboot
Here is the opportunity to take part in a personal one-to-one coaching programme, run over three sessions, that will help you change your approach to managing your time. It gives you individual supprt, so we can take a look at how things are for you at the moment and what needs to change. We will return to the foundations and look at your long-term goals and the things that matter most to you. What do you want to achieve in the next two, five, ten years? And beyond?
From there, we will be looking at how you currently spend your time and identify practical changes that will help you prioritise what you want to spend your time on, manage your projects and tasks with ease, handle interruptions and build a simple and sustainable time management system that actually fits your life.
Over the years, my own journey with time management has transformed me from a ‘dreamer’ into a ‘doer’. I plan with intention, I act with clarity, I know my next step. Now I am using those skills to develop my business and share my knowledge with others.

Coaching is a collaborative, one-to-one process designed to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. It’s practical, supportive and shaped entirely around your goals.
You set the agenda. I help you stay on track. There is no judgement, no criticism; you decide your priorities and we work on them together.
My Life Reboot course is designed to help you develop a new mindset. Over the 3 sessions, we work together to ensure you have the opportunity to become more confident, controlled and consistent in your approach to time management.
After completing the programme, you will also have the option to continue with an ongoing support package, giving you accountability, guidance and encouragement as you embed your new habits into everyday life.

Why I created the Life Reboot
I discovered coaching rather late in life. Years earlier, I had completed a degree in psychology, but never truly used it in a meaningful way. Still, I’d always been fascinated by human behaviour-specifically, what separates those who stay stuck from those who move forward. What drives some people to create real change, while others remain in a cycle of frustration or inertia? What habits do successful, fulfilled people build into their lives? And how do they maintain motivation, confidence, and direction, even through difficult times?
I had been a business owner. I knew how stressful it could be to run a business, and how lonely it could be at times too. I was in midlife, curious about how I could use my past experience and skills to help others.
That curiosity eventually led me to business coaching. I’ll admit, I didn’t know much about it at first—but the more I explored, the more it clicked. Coaching isn’t about fixing people. It’s about moving forward—with clarity, accountability, and action. It empowers people to take ownership of their lives, and I loved that. Through my training, I’ve developed tools to help others set goals that matter and actually achieve them.
And that’s what led me to design the Life Reboot course: a journey that combines coaching, time management and psychology to help others manage their time successfully.

Take your first steps to change

For the Life Reboot, first things first, you will have a free consultation to determine your needs and what I can offer you. This will be around 20 minutes.

I like to be upfront and transparent about my charges. I want to ensure the program is affordable and achievable. Sessions are by Zoom or Google Meet and prices are as follows:
Initial Consultation: Free 20 mins
Life Reboot is £300
Weekly Reset: 45 minute personal coaching support session is £40

In Life Reboot we start off with the foundations of effective Time Management, looking at your long term goals and how to put together actions plans for these. We then look at your schedules, what is working and what is not and how to fit in your new action plans. We will look at time audits, time blocking, energy cycles, setting priorities, dealing with interruptions and saying “no”.
You will learn the value of forward planning and reviewing, and develop a simple three-part task management system, that works for you.
After the sessions you will have begun to embed some excellent time management habits and be on your way to a life that is more calm, organised and has purpose.
If you would like further support, you can hire me for your weekly support coach. The Weekly Reset involves meeting once a week for 45 minutes to discuss what is going on for you right now. Got an important project looming? Been putting something off? Over-committing? Slipping back into old habits? We can tackle your current issues in these sessions.
All this will see you well on your way to a life with purpose as you make your way through the years ahead with clarity and purpose.
