Why I created the Midlife Reboot
I created the Midlife Reboot course because I am one of you.
I’m in my 50s, juggling a busy life. I’ve become acutely aware of how quickly time passes—and how precious it truly is. In order to ensure I am using my time wisely, I have done some thinking about my priorities and I have adjusted my calendar and my routines to support my new goals.
In 2018, I lost my husband. That experience changed everything. It made me appreciate what I had, and more importantly, what I didn’t want to waste: the years I have left. I knew I wanted to feel purpose again. I wanted to wake up each day with energy, intention, and enthusiasm.
Years earlier, I had completed a degree in psychology, but never truly used it in a meaningful way. Still, I’d always been fascinated by human behaviour—specifically, what separates those who stay stuck from those who move forward. What drives some people to create real change, while others remain in a cycle of frustration or inertia? What habits do successful, fulfilled people build into their lives? And how do they maintain motivation, confidence, and direction, even through difficult times?
That curiosity eventually led me to coaching. I’ll admit, I didn’t know much about it at first—but the more I explored, the more it clicked. Coaching isn’t about fixing people. It’s about moving forward—with clarity, accountability, and action. It empowers people to take ownership of their lives, and I loved that. Through my training, I’ve developed tools to help others set goals that matter and actually achieve them.
And that’s what led me to design the Midlife Reboot course: an 8-week journey that combines coaching and time management to help busy professionals identify their goals and manage their time.
I also offer one-off sessions of two hours to work on time audits. And I offer one-off sessions that are for one specific purpose. It might be around dealing with the dreaded email overload, redressing work/life balance, tackling procrastination or persistent lateness or how to handle the ‘to-do’ list. Keep an eye out for my ‘theme for the month’ where I offer you one off sessions at an offer price based around the current theme.

Take your first steps to change

First things first, you will have a free consultation to determine your needs and what I can offer you. This will be around 20 minutes.

I like to be upfront and transparent about my charges. So here they are:
Initial Consultation: Free 20 mins
Midlife Reboot: 8 one hour sessions over 8 weeks for £400
Time Audits: 2 hour one-off session £130
Weekly Reset: half hour weekly session £140 per month

In Midlife Reboot we start off looking at your long term goals and how to put together actions plans for these. We then look at your schedules, what is working and what is not and how to fit in your new action plans. We will look at time audits, time blocking, energy cycles, setting priorities, dealing with interruptions and saying “no”.
After 8 weeks you will have begun to embed some excellent time management habits and be on your way to a life that is more calm, organised and has purpose.
The Time Audits involve looking at a typcial day and how you are currently spending your time. We identify time wasters and look at where you can improve efficiency and productivity. We can look at improving work/life balance and better prioritise with your goals.
The Weekly Reset is a half hour support session where we can chat about what is happening here and now. Got a deadline looming? Been putting something off? Overcommitting? This is an opportunity to tackle whatever issues have arisen this week.
For all sessions I use Zoom or Google Meets.
